Something wierd happened the other night?
I took a tagamet (for my stomach) and then I drank a Pepsi. Then I felt the wierdest sensation. It felt like somebody had a string to my throat and was strangling me. I got real hot. then it went away slightly. The next day I could still feel the sensation, except it wasn't as bad. It was sorta hard to swallow. Does anybody know what it could have been?

You took an indigestion tablet and then had a fizzy, acidic drink!!!
If you had bad indigestion/dyspepsia/hearburn then added something that would make it worse anyway, of course you will have that feeling.
It sounds like severe heartburn, may have gone up your throat! I can imagine if you put a pill in your pepsi and watched what happens, you'll be able to see what happened to your insides!
