I have trouble sleeping...?!


Question:

I have trouble sleeping...?

Just recently, about a week ago, I started to have a lot of trouble sleeping. There's nothing new with my diet or anything, but it's really starting to bother me because I'm more irratable during the day because of my lack of sleep. I'll lay in bed about 1-2 hours before I fall asleep and wake up every couple hours. Any advice on what I should do or how to make myself sleep?

Oh, also, I have no medical conditions such as asthma, etc. I'm pretty healthy besides this recent sleeping problem I've been having.


Answers:

Best is to Soak your feet in warm water make sure you put a Tablesspoon of Table salt in it.

Avoid Sweets, chocolates caffeine and Alcohol before you go to sleep.

Sleeping time and dinner time should be atleast 2 hours apart

Take a brisk walk for 30 minutes after dinner.

And count Imaginary sheeps before you sleep.
