Can keeping a diary/journal help me cope better?

I have very low self esteem and i am a stress puppy. Do you think if i wrote down my feelings it would help? How do you cope with stress and esteem issues?


Answers:

yes it does help to unload your stress in a journal, but while your doing it, Try to find something in each day that made you happy, gave you a chuckle, a bright spot , and write that down. It's an attitude changer, and it helps you reflect that life isn't always as bad as it seems.
