Jumping Legs Please Help?

When i get to hot my feet burn up and my legs twitch a lot which becomes very irritating and uncomfortable been to the doctors but he cant say what it is i have to soak my feet in really cold water for about 10 minutes to cool them down that seems to help anyone know what it can be ????
