What does this mean?

I have a sore throat ( its bad) and i am VERY dizzy( im literaly seeing double.) What disease/illness/condition is this? What can i do to help it cure?

visit webmd.com. you click on the body wherever you hurt and then take a symptoms test. i did it when i pulled my calf and found it to be quite accurate.
