Do anesthesia kills baby or sperm cells?

i have a dentist appointment so i wanted 2 no

anesthesia will not harm your baby but they will have to hook you up to a fetal monitor to make sure the baby has no adverse reactions to the anesthesia. However depending on how far along you are they may or may not continue with your surgery. Being pregnant also changes what pain medication you can take so keep that in mind. It also won't kill sperm cells why would you even think that?
