The only real risk with alcohol and aspirin is stomach irritation. If you have only had one drink, I would worry about it. It's acetaminophen (Tylenol) that has shown to damage the liver when taken with alcohol, but even with that, you have to take 5 or 6 with 5 or 6 drinks to do any harm.
