Question:
One of my tonsils is quite larger than the other and has some white spots with a small cut that hasn't healed?
I have had a very mild sore throat only when i swallow for about the last 3 weeks and when i took a look at it today in the mirrow w/ a flashlight I saw that my one tonsil seems to be quite larger than the other (the one w/ the small cut on it). There is a small sized white area around the cut and elsewhere on the tonsil. I have not had any fever, or any other symptoms and the pain has remained at the same intensity since it started to hurt about 3 weeks ago. Again the pain is very mild and I sometimes don't even notice it, but it is enough to bother me at times. Are there some things that could affect the tonsils that aren't accomanied by fever or other symptoms? Thanks for the advise!

sounds liek strep throat and you better have it checked for real you can die from strep. i very rarely get fever with it. i would get an antibiotic
