How can i throw up?

i feel sick and feel like throwing up but i cant. also i have diarrhea. help me i wanna throw up. and its july 4 haha but i dont really care.

ummm gag your self? stick your finger back till you touch that little thing that hangs down in the back of your throght. i guess maybe just wait it out? sorry you feel bad
