never heard of that but it's a great idea! In MI you can be arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. large fine and possible jail time. If you are asking does that mean you are using? please don't! any illegal drug is dangerous and can impair your judgment while driving and I'm assuming your pretty young so using drugs could lead to alot of problems in your future.
