What is the reason for a person getting tired instantly?!

What is the reason for a person getting tired instantly?

I can be feeling so good the bingo I am so tired can not keep my eyes open---mind you I am up usually 16 hours aday---and eat very healthy...lots of gardening feeding animals--keeping housework done up...
