Does anyone know any good nonprescription sleeping tablets?
i'm having trouble sleeping, but dunno what tablets to get. and i really dont wanna go to the doctors, id rather deal with it in my own way. any that are fairly cheap, and will still enable me to hera my alarm in the mornings . Thanks

i would try Chinese herbal tea bags, they taste naff but they are good, so when you are passing a Chinese herbal shop pop in and have a look.
also.. try hot milk and 1 tea spoon of honey.... !!
