to be disabled for soc sec purposes you cant be able to work in anything anymore...you could look for call center work, cab driving, all sorts of other options. If its severe enough, you start the process with a physicians statement, and go to your local SS office to start the process of getting your first denial. Prepare for the tortures of the damned, they will drag it out hoping you die.
