Just search on the internet for "diapers" and you will find dozens of places to buy diapers.
I hope that you are looking for cloth diapers because they are so much better than disposables. The only problem I've seen is that I've never seen a 5XL diaper, especially in a disposable. With cloth you can have custom made diapers or better yet, buy the material at a sewing center and make your own diapers. That's what I did.
Yes, I'm incontinent and wear diapers all the time and I've used both disposables and cloth diapers and believe me, cloth is the most comfortable and the best fit.
Because of the cost involved in buying the cloth diapers, I decided to make my own. There is a large initial outlay of money for cloth, but over time they pay for themselves because you aren't throwing your money into a landfill with the disposable diapers.
Just think about it, no matter how little or how much you use a diaper, if it's disposable it gets thrown away, but if it is cloth, you just wash and dry it and reuse it. That way you don't waste the money on a disposable that is barely used.
The diapers I made for myself are contoured with elastic in the waist and leg openings. I use pins to hold them on but you can make them with velcro closures if you want. Just mak sure there is some way to cover the velcro when washing and drying them, otherwise the velcro gets clogged with lint and won't work. Myself, I prefer pins.
Regardless of who they are for, I hope that they find the right size and enjoy them many times over.
