I need some help: suffering with runny nose?
Hey, the thing is I can't seem to shift this cold, started with a cough, soar throat, blocked nose, now its: runny nose and sneezing.......I have had enough - and so have colleagues at work, serious answers only on this, cheers for your time!

if your symptoms have lasted more than 10 days, go see your doc. you may have a sinus infection that he/she will be able to prescribe antibiotics to treat. an untreated sinus infection can lead to bronchitis and pneumonia.
p.s. probably not allergies. coughing and blocked nasal passages are not symptoms of allergies. antihistimines may mask some of the symptoms but can do more damage than good if the problem is something else. check with your MD.
