Waking up during the night...?

I've been waking up during the night becasue I have the urge to urinate. It's been happening for the last couple of weeks. I really want to have a full night's sleep. I'm 16 and generally don't drink liquids 3 hours before bedtime. Any suggestions?


Answers:

I would tell your parents and see a doctor. This could be the signs of several diseases (which are treatable, dont worry!)
