When washing vegetables and fruits do you have to scrub them individually?!

Question:

When washing vegetables and fruits do you have to scrub them individually?

I think the commercial vegetable washes are a ripoff so I use a tiny dab of dishsoap and swirl them in a bowl for about a minute. Is this good enough?

Answers:

No it is not necessary but I do it anyway. and you can ensure that it is purified of pesticides and all other chemicals as otherwise water pressure Will not take it all out appose to scrubbing. Therefore i say scrubbing is the better way. It may take a few more seconds overall but it will ensure that its more healthy.
