How do YOU cope with the pace of life in the 21st century?

Do you take vitamins,supplements.....?
what helps you cope ?


Answers:

Coping refers to how you handle it mentally mostly. I try to limit stress as much as possible. There are several things you can do; don't live above your means by running yourself into debt, don't live life at a fast pace by trying to do too much or try to be a workaholic for the love of money.

Taking care of yourself; mind, body and spirit. Daily relax, limit TV, computer and phone use a few hours before bed. Eat healthy foods and exercise at least 4-5 days a week, a simple walk for 20 minutes is good after dinner. Take a good quality multi vitamin and eat veggies and fruits. Don't drink sodas, they are the worst. Limit alcohol. Drink lots of pure clean water.

Many studies list having a spiritual life as adding to the quality of life and betterment of health. Do you belong to a church? Do you pray? Also, good relationships help too, by fostering friendships and family relations, you usually live a happier, healthier and longer life.

So, if you know of someone that live alone, befriend them and you'll be helping someone else. By giving back we help ourselves and others--a win, win situation.
