I just watched Michael Moore's new film SiCKO and I wanted to get a discursive view on it.
Answers:
I currently have health care insurance, but for how long I don't know. Many businesses are not providing insurance to their workers because they cannot afford it, or they are having the employees pay more for their coverage. I think it is about time that the federal government takes charge and tells the insurance companies that it is enough. We need to come up with a better way of making sure that all of us who pay taxes and our children get the health care coverage that we deserve. We vote the government into those offices that they love so much, lets take this to them and tell them enough is enough, we want to get more for our money that we are paying to you. If we are sick we want to get better and not go broke doing so. If our child is not getting better, we want to take them to a specialist and be able to afford to do so. I may not always agree with Michael Moore's point of view but I do agree with this.
