as a nurse, when you use cocaine it locates an area of the brain that control your sensations. (sensations not senses) Which means you will feel tingling, numbness etc.
It can also be caused by other things. When you use cocaine sometimes it can cause you to have trouble breathing or cause you to breath harder. This will also make your face numb or tingle because your body is working so hard to get oxygen and that lack will affect areas of you body. Mainly the lips and face.
