Yeah, I'm sick right now too. Its your body's way of telling you have too much going on and you need to rest. So listen to it and really rest! Also, I do the following:
-Sleep, sleep and lots of sleep - I use vicks vapo-rub on my chest and throat and wear a sweatshirt. I sleep under a heavy blanket and force myself to sweat it out. I get up, change my shirt, and repeat the process a couple of times.
-Eat hot soup for meals, chicken noodle is great. I boil angel hair pasta with some water to make a soup, add olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper since I don't eat meat. Simple and makes you feel better.
-Drink herbal teas, especially chamomile tea and also drink lots of water.
