sometimes i get really bad headaches that won't go away until i eat something... but i don't feel hungry... what does this mean?

It sound like hypoglycemia. Even if your blood levels are not low enough for an official diagnosis, you could still have it. i need to eat a little bit every 3-4 hours to keep the headaches away.
