I cant sleep, any ideas?!


Question:

I cant sleep, any ideas?

no matter how hard i try i cant put my mind at ease how do i overcome this, any ideas to help me put my mind at ease.


Answers:

Cut out caffeine. Don't take naps in day time. Don't eat at least two hours before you go to bed. No vigorous exercise two hours before bed time. Play a relaxation tape while you are going to sleep. If baths and showers wake you up, take them when you get up.
