If you choose to stay awake you will feel a floating sensation when you move, you might see little things crawling around, and you wont be able to concentrate on things and will forget what you or someone else was talking about.
If you go to 200 or more, those things will be even more pronounced, and you may start seeing full blown hallucinations. You will have to pee every 10 minutes until all the liquid is out of you, and you will not remember what you did 5 seconds ago. The next day you basically return to normal but will still be in a "haze".
