My doctor says to do a cardio workout at 4-5pm. It will help wear you out, but give your body time to settle before bedtime at 11pm or so. I also recommend valerian root. It is available at health food stores like GNC or Hi-Health. Take it at bedtime and it will help you fall asleep within an hour.
