I am always stressed out. I stress out about the smallest things and I hate it. I don't know what I can do for it anymore. I have looked things up online, and it says to excersize, yoga, write in a journal, etc... but none of it works for me. I hate being so stressed out! Someone said I should go see a physchiatrist for it, but I don't know if I'm totally up for that. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? Thanks.
you do need to go to a psycologist to see if you do have an anxiety disorder. its more common nowadays than ever
dont worry about taking medication. its there to help if you need it. for example if you were a diabetic would you take insulin to function better
