What are the risks of getting your nostril pierced?!

What are the risks of getting your nostril pierced?

Im thinking about getting on when i'm older, but will it close up, leave marks, etc.?

Im just getting a really small stud, not like a giant ring or anything.

infection-if you clean it about once a day you shouls be fine.
interferance with blowing your nose-there is none.
pain-it BARELY hurts when they pierce it, if feels like you're getting pinched.
getting funny looks-i don't get funny looks, everyone i know thinks it looks really cute on me.
