What happens if you have low calcium?
I'm lacotse intolerant and I rarely eat dairy. I've tried supplement but they are gross and make my stomach hurt. I've been told that because I don't intake enough calcium my nails will be weak, my bones will and my teeth enamel will too. Is that all?

A calcium deficiency can also lead to muscle cramps. This is in addition to all the other problems like bone and teeth problems.
