A liquid diet. I seen Fight Girls the other day and this girl had to loose weight in 4 days. Of course she went on a liquid. What the hell? Can you die by just drinking liquids?LoL. She couldn't eat anything solid at all. And I think she was like 14? something but she had to get to 130, for her fighting match. How the hell she done that without passing out in the ring. And I think thats why she lost because she was weak.

It is possible but is usually only reccomended post surgery, My mom has been on them tons of times but only after surgery. It is usually not reccomended for weight loss. Here are some of the things you can have on a liquid diet.
