What will ease my extreme tiredness?

Everything is such hard work.. can't seem to shake off my tiredness, just want to go home and sleep after work. Anyone had same type of problem and how did you overcome it.

Tiredness is related to Stress.

Stress is brought on by many things, this can be as simple as not enough body fluids (eg, not drinking enough water) too much workload, hoodies on street corners, arguments with the partner, lack of sleep itself.

If your already stressed then any additional aggravations are only going to increase the amount of stress your under.

To sort it out, you need to have a change in routine, eg, stop going out and burning the candle at both ends or you will burn out yourself... So during the week, set a time when you go to bed and stick to it, a sensible time that gives you 8 to 10 hours in bed, ed 10pm for an 8am wake up. If you can, a nice hot bath helps relax you as does the brief physical bit of drying yourself. Don't eat before bedtime as this has the opposite effect and your aim is to go to sleep. Sleep on your back if you can and when you get up... Eat breakfast, this is important.

Sleeping tablets are not the answer, so a trip to the doctors for advice and not medication is a good course of action, they will have plenty of help for you.

Exercise is good at getting rid of stress, A session or two per week will help you relax, people who have never tried it don't see how it benefits you but can say from experience that a Double session in a Gym will not only tone you up but help you relax by working the stress build up in your muscles.
