Sleeping pill?!

Sleeping pill?

i took 2 sleeping pills (25 mg of diphenhydramine each), it says to only take 1 but I took 2 . what effects might this have? I have to get up early tomorrow...


Answers:

I really want to add something about sleeping pills that you may not know- the way they work is by depriving the cells in your body of oxygen untill they shut down. Isnt that creepy? I dont take them anymore because of that.
