while sometimes i wake up with its not a headache it feels like its heavy and prasher in my head and around me right eye when i take headache pills it gose way but it comes back same day

what you have is not a normal headache you seem to have migrains and should go to a doctor to have him give you something for it ( or you could have a blood plot in your head close to your eye and every time you take medication like aspirin it thins the blood and allows it to pass easily reducing pressure and stoping the pain for a bit ) so my advice please go to a doctor and get a few x-rays and have your self really looked at )
