Panic attack or not?
I'm not sure its a panic attack or not. I have chest pain and difficultly breathing. I have a big fear of dying. I get nervous a lot. I can be stressful sometimes.

when i get panic attacks my throat closes half shut, i get dizzy, i cant see straight, i cant stand up, it lasts for about 1-3 min. But in your case yep i think its one. U should try to get on meds for that if u are not on any already.
