Trouble falling asleep...?
I have trouble falling asleep at night, and it has gotten to the point where I am tired everyday. If anybody has any advice or techniques of how to get yourself to sleep that would be great. I already know about the typical techinque which is to read a book, but sometimes that doesn't even work for me. I also don't want to have to take any medicine either. Thanks so much for all the help!

eliminate caffeine if its in your diet and exercise vigorously 4 hours before bedtime. chewing some Valerian root might help also.
