I have back problems, shoulder problems and know knee problems. US Doctors seem to think Ibruprofen is the answer to everything. I need more then that. Im in daily pain.

You need a prescription for Vicodin even in TJ. You could see a TJ doctor, who may give you a script. There are American doctors who have offices in TJ. Keep in mind that if they feel you are "drug seeking", they probably won't give you access. Also, there is the potential for arrest in Mexico, not a pleasant thought, if you buy too many. The quality of their drugs are of lesser quality as there are no controls on them. You may not get what you want. Remember, you need to declare these drugs at customs, so I don"t know if it is worth it. There are alternatives to addictive pain killers. Good luck in your endeavors.
