How to stop a sneeze without suppressing it and rupturing a blood vessel?
If you try to suppress a sneeze, you can rupture a blood vessel apparently. I've been doing that all my life and that statement scares me, whether it's true or not. I can't not suppress my sneezes because they are pretty wet and have a lot of mucus. :S
what else can i do?
