Question:
Pinched nerve or bone spur?
about 2 times a month or so... if i raise my arm it starts hurting ... really sharp... and lasts for a day or so.... right where my collar bone meets my shoulder.... do you think its a pinched nerve or could it be a bone spur?

i know i need to go... but i know its nothing life threatening just tender... so when i get a chance and its acting up i plan on going to the dr... i was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas of what it could be....
