i am so worried. i am 13 years old girl and im 4'10. i am the shortest in my year. is there anyway that i can grow taller because i am the only one in my family that is short.

I was 4'10 until I was 16, then i shot up. I know what it fels like to be the smallest. (it stinks) unfortuantly you cannot do anything to make yourself grow, you will when your body decides to.
My advice is just enjoy what you becasue if you stress about being short you will just worry yourself and you still won't grow.
