Answers:

There are lots of causes of dizzyness.

The bottom line is you need to see your GP tomorrow. If you feel really ill with it go to A&E NOW.

Unfortuneately you have'nt said your age, or if you have any other medical condtitions.

It could be
-Vertigo/Menieres disease
inner ear abnormality, the balance mechanism of the body is abnormal, and you fell dizzy, nauseaous and sick.

-Palpitations.
feeling your heart pump very fast or as if you are missing a beat.

-Vasovagal syncope.
your blood pressure is low when you stand up, and what happens is that your heart has to try and overcome gravity to get blood to your brain, the result is that you feel dizzy and sick.

-Infection.
Any serious infection can cause these symptoms.

The list goes on.

You need to see your GP immediately, they will probably send you into hospital for investigation if it persists to tomorrow.

Some advice, if you feel dizzy immediately lie on the floor and raise your legs high, drink plenty of water. Do not try and fight your dizzyness as you may blackout. If you feel worse you should go straight to A&E. I am a hospital doctor and we see this problem frequently and we could do investigations quickly and figure out what the problem is.

This is a very common problem especially in females.

Dont worry, all the best.
