Question about Adipex and/or Phentermine?!

Question:

Question about Adipex and/or Phentermine?

I had gotten severely overweight when I was 14 and took Adipex for 4 months--after that I got to a healthy weight. Nine years later (and two kids later) I've gained back that weight and then some. My energy level is down pretty much and I am considering on getting back on Adipex. The problem is I don't believe my insurance (Kaiser Permanente) covers it. My doctor is located at the Kaiser Permanente building. Should I go to him (with weight loss services not being covered) or should I go to another doctor? Also, has anyone ordered prescriptions online? I just don't know if my doctor would approve my self diagnose even though I had wonderful results before. It seems he'd be apt to refer me to Kaiser Permanente services so they'd make money so I am a little unsure and confused.

Umm please keep answers related to what I asked--thank you. I am not interested in some trend diet or eating less than 1000 calories (to become anorexic) let alone eat so few carbs (brain food) that I become as dumb as a brick. I appreciate honest answers and would love to hear from anyone using/or has used either.

I have just recently started the Kimkins diet, and I have lost 12 pounds in the last 8 days! It is advertised as the Amazing New Celebrity Diet, and many of the members have lost huge amounts of weight very quickly. I thought it would be very difficult but it actually turned out to be pretty easy because they have all of the tools and recipes on the website. You need to try to keep the carbs around 20 carbs a day, and the calories around 1000.

It was recently featured in Woman's World Magazine as a better option to Gastric Bypass. I have posted some more information on my blog, you might want to check that out. There is a blog about the article in Woman's World, that is how I got started.
