Do you think I'm capable of growing any taller?
I'm just turned 16 years old, currently 5'5. I'm wondering if I'm able to grow any more? The past two years didn't affect my height much at all, about a cm or two. That's about it.
I started puberty early, like 11. I was 5'3'' when I was 13, I think that is about 1.61m, or 161cm. I was Is it possible that I have already reached my adult height? If not, how much more do you think I'll grow?

I am a guy. I'm rather concerned as I started puberty younger than all my other peers, and now I'm really started to slow down in growing, while everyone else is catching up or are already taller than me.
If I still have a few years left, any exercises or tips to help me grow taller?

You can actually keep growing until you are 20 or 21 but this is uncommon and rare.
