Another constipation question?!

Another constipation question?

This following my last question about my constipation. I tried milk of magnesia and an enema and so far, they haven't worked to help soften my stool. I'm feeling weak and tightness in my chest :(

and it i have Diarrhea instead of a solid stool.


Answers:

Oranges, prunes and castor oil. Castor oil works the fastest.
