Hundreds if not thousands of doctor are recommending that you don't use Aspartame as a artificial sweetner, It is used in almost anything labeled diet. Go to dorway.com or the world natural health organization to get more info. This is scary considering how many products it is in.

I don't use it and always check labels to make sure its not in products I buy.
