Answers:

Some people reach their full height by 17, but many still have another couple of years of growth. It's possible you still have another inch in you.

Genes determine your potential height for the most part. Poor nutrition will limit how much of that potential you achieve. Heavy pollution and poor sleep habits will sap your physical vigor in general, with some possible effect on height (but not as much as nutrition). The only sports choice that's likely to have any impact on height is wrestling or boxing, which tend to make you diet to "make weight", giving you poor nutrition. Open spaces might indirectly affect growth, but that would be more due to reduced pollution than from increased "elbow room".

Tall is good. Short is good, too. Be the best you that you can be, and stop comparing your height to your friends'. Ultimately, personality characteristics will be far more important than physical, in terms of reaching your goals in life.
