i think it does, when you are about to die, no matter the situation, ur brain works at lightspeed, so you can see all the data in your head, maybe some cant see that because they're not affraid of death and their brains donnt get so excited, from another point, its like a final review, you choose if you want to forgive urself for ur mistakes to die peacefully, honestly, i hope u dont have see all of this soon, in a shorter answer to ur question, yes, ur life will pass in front of u when ur about to die
