Neck pain...?
yesterday i stopped during a tumbling pass and landed on my neck. i put ice on it then heat and it stills hurts really bad. when i turn my neck it pops and so does my back. i also have a terrible headache and my legs and arms hurt. anyone know why?

The ligaments or tendons may have popped out of place and that's why you hear the popping sound. Try putting icy hot on your neck and rest it and if it doesn't get better See a doctor.
