Hip exercises in wheelchair?
My grandfather is in a wheelchair and inorder to get a knee operation so he can walk he needs to strenghen his hip musles does anybody know any exercises he can do in his wheelchair?

i am also in a wheelchair.i do leg lifts and arm exercises while in my chair.the only hip exercise that i can think of is if he can get on the floor on hos hands and knees and do leg kick backwards. i do not know how much he can do but most of the exercises i do is for my leg strength. i hope this helps if not please e mail and i will try and think up some more that will help him.best of luck to him.
