Why am i hot?!


Question:

Why am i hot?

Normally I'm always freezing cold even if its only 68 but I suddenly feel like I'm in a sauna, Is it a hot flash? If so why would i get one, I never had one before

Answers:

You could have some sort of infection that is making your tempature higher. There are many possibilities as to why you have a tempature. If it persists, you may need to see a doctor. I am always cold and I have poor circulation.
