Ear pain from strong exhaling?!

Ear pain from strong exhaling?
I get this weird crackling sound and a strange pain in my ears every time I am either blowing up a balloon, or shooting darts, or playing overtones on a flute... This has only seemed to be recently. I also have spent a lot of extra time in the last year or three in studio headphones while attending Audio Production schooling. Could there be a connection?

No but really, if you're going to school for something where you need your hearing, best not to muck about and go see a doctor about it.
