Hi frnds....HOw r u? Can anyone tell me the real way to grow taller at age of 21....iam just 160 cms (5' 3''). Iam really depressed abt this.....i relaly need to grow atleast a few inches. Is this " Hi-Grow height increaser "device really useful? I havent bought it yet, has anyone successed out of it....plz tel me if yes.....i wud like to knw some success stories , so that i cud confidently try it.Gus...its relaly very worse to be short and wen iam among ppl , i relaly feel very shy bcz of it....plzzzzzzz help me.Thank you in advance.

sure u can get taller but i am not sure if that machine works..however there are other methods:
**According to many success stories it proven efficiency giving a possible increase of 1.5 inches in 10 months :
-First of all u will have to look after ur diet which must contain enough amount of calcium for the bone growth.
-A new routine that probaly u dont know is called the shine bone lengthening routine....The intensity of sprinting or jumping excersise causes micro(thats unseen or felt) fructures in the shine bone those can be extended by hanging weights for ur legs while sittng after the excersise...U will have to hang it for about 3 hours (dont worry u will get used to it and u may put them while studing for example)....You can have some help with the routine using the link at the end that got illustrations for the thing(Remember it's called SHINEBONE ROUTINE).(the excercise is mainly sprinting(intense runing) . Run Fast as you can (100% of max speed) for 10 seconds...take 5 to 10 minutes break then repeat it few times for 30 minutes (of course including the rests). ...dont worry if u got a muscle fatigue and pain it means u are getting stronger.

-An increase in height can be achived by streching.U can do simple strechings for the back and legs ... u can find some help with that at http://www.bodybuilding4u.com or any alternatives.
-U can also have agood means of streching by using a door bar(thats a rod fixed to any door and can be bought from any sprts shop) and do some simple pull ups (i think it is called like this-i mean u just hold it with ur hands and pull)u can find it hard for a girl in the begining but u will get stronger by time u can also just keep hanging with both hands for as long as u can and repest during the day to get a total of about 3 or 4 minutes(that's enough and also not easy as it looks) ..I tried it my self and it worked but maily on the upper part of the body(dont increase the intensity of the training aby holding wiegths u might get an injury...
-Finally i had heared that a strenght in the lower back and stomach may give an increase in hieght by helping to strech the vertebral coloum u can have some help with those in the link at the end also.(this routiene is called LUMBAR ROUTIEN)
I recommend u measure ur hieght regularly(not so much) every month for example so that u can test the effectivness of ur routiens. another advise from me is to look after ur posture make sure u are not bending ur back i mean.

But try to accept your self more than this..there is nothing to get shy from ..i have a lot a friends 160 cms and somtimes less and they feel normal and self confident..if u dont think about it it wont be aproblem and ignore others...u would better look at other sides of ur self to promote them then others would be v.proud of u...
